Organic processes work one with nature, keeping out anything that is artificial and promoting only what is nutritious, safe and harmless. They may cost more than their non organic equivalents but there are many people who are willing to pay extra to ensure their health and safety. Companies and farms that grow organic food can get their organic certification after being audited by an accredited certifying body that ensures their compliance with organic farming and processing standards. This is a way to reassure their distributors that they only use organic products.
