Information on pasta products and / or equipment can be found under this Yellow™ heading.  Pasta is a very popular Italian dish, which can literally be made with near endless methods.  Pasta is generally topped with some sort of sauce, containing a variety of seasonings.  The pasta is usually served hot, though there are some forms, such as pasta salad, which are intended to be served cold.  Pasta is made, quite simply, by pasta makers; which form the pasta shape from dough.  This is then cooked, and served in one of the aforementioned manners.

Pasta can come in a variety of different shapes, each generally having their own name.  One of the more popular designs is called spaghetti.  Spaghetti is arguably the most common form of pasta that is used, and is essentially a long and thin noodle.  Spaghetti can come in a variety of different consistencies or sizes, though each will usually have their own name (such as Angel Hair pasta).  Pasta can also come in other forms such as lasagna, tortellini, ravioli (which is also stuffed with meat or cheese), etc.
