- What is 'Send to Mobile' and how does it work?

'Send to Mobile' is a free service which allows you to send business details from any Yellow Online listing to your mobile phone as an SMS (standard internet charges apply for accessing Yellow Online).
To get the business details you want, simply:
- Search for the business you want
- Click the 'send to mobile' link which appears in the business listing
- Complete and submit the form and we'll send a text to your mobile number for FREE.
- Will my mobile number be used for marketing purposes?

No, you are not subscribing to any service or marketing lists by using this service.
- I entered my mobile number but didn't receive an SMS, what could have gone wrong?

You may have entered the wrong mobile number, please double-check your number and try again.
Alternatively our 'Send to Mobile' service may have been interrupted or there may have been an error between our service and your mobile service provider. Please try again.
- What's the link in the SMS I received?

At the bottom of the text message you'll receive a link that looks something like this: http://m.yellow.com.au/sm/aB6y8Gth
If you have an internet-enabled mobile phone, clicking on this link will take you to more details for the business listing, such as a map and directions, which appear on Yellow Mobile.
- Will the 'Send to Mobile' service work on my mobile phone and how much will it cost?

The 'Send to Mobile' service will work on internet-enabled mobile phones. It will not cost you anything to send the SMS from Yellow Online to your mobile phone (standard internet charges apply for accessing Yellow Online).
If you click on the link in your SMS: Data retrieval charges do not apply for Telstra Next G and 3G customers browsing Yellow Mobile, however retrieval charges may apply for other users. Charges may also apply when viewing linked sites. Please check with your mobile service provider for more information.
- I can't access the link from my phone, why?

Yellow Mobile currently works on internet-enabled mobile phones across all the major operators in Australia.
