  • How can you access and correct your personal information?

    You have the right to access your personal information held by Victoria's Basement. You can also make a request for us to correct any inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date personal information. For security reasons, a written request may be required to access your information as well as providing proof of your identity. Usually we will be able to provide you with access to your personal information upon receipt of your written request by post sent to 5 Victoria Ave Castle Hill NSW 2154.

  • Does Victoria's Basement share your personal information with others?

    Delivery can take between 7 and 14 working days if the item(s) ordered is in stock at the time your order is placed.

  • The item I would like to buy is out of stock. How long will it take to come back in stock?

    Generally, if an Item is out of stock and we do not have it in our warehouse when you place your order, we will place your item(s) on back order and notify you when they become available. The time frame for backorders is unknown as it is dependent on whether the item(s) ordered is in stock with our suppliers. Our staff if required can suggest alternative items and you will be notified if your item(s) is to be placed on backorder.

  • How much does it cost me for postage when I place an order?

    Postage is available Australia Wide starting from only $9.00. See Delivery Information for Further Details. (Some exclusion apply e.g. External Territories)

  • What is your Returns Policy?

    We are happy to exchange any product purchased Online as long as the product is returned in its original condition (unopened and unmarked packaging), and is accompanied by proof of purchase in the form of a tax invoice/receipt and/or packing slip. Deliveries charges are not refundable for incorrect choice, and products are to be returned to the store at the customer's own cost.
