  • Are you a Bulk Billing practice?

    Our practice will Bulk Bill all children under 16 years of age as well as anyone who holds a current Concession Card (Pension or Health-Care Card) from Centrelink. Other patients may be Bulk Billed at the Doctor's discretion, please speak to Reception for more details.

  • What are your opening hours?

    Our opening hours are subject to change depending on Doctor availabilty. General Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 7:00am - *.00pm; Saturday 8.00am - 1.oopm and closed Sunday. We are also closed Christmas Day & Boxing Day; other Public Holidays are subject to Doctor availability.

  • What do I need to bring to my appointment?

    All patients are required to present their Medicare Card and any Concession cards upon arrival at EVERY appointment. For your first appointment you may like to bring any Health Records from your previous GP, Radiology or Pathology Results, information about your Family's Medical History etc. Feel free to download and complete a copy of our New Patient Information form to bring with you.

  • How do I settle my account after seeing the Doctor?

    We ask that all accounts be paid in full immediately after your consultation with your Doctor. We have EFTPOS facilities but do not accept American Express. You are also welcome to pay by Cash or Cheque.

  • Do I need an appointment to see one of your Doctors?

    Yes, we are an appointment-based practice. We will, however, accept walk-in patients in the case of an Emergency. Where possible, please call to speak to one of our Receptionists before coming to the practice to ensure we are able to attend to you when you arrive.
