What do I need before I apply?
We need to know your: Name, address, phone numbers, employer, and income. This is so we can be sure who you are and make the right lending decision for you. We also need your bank details so we can deposit your money straight after approval. It's important to take care to provide accurate information when you apply to give yourself the best chance of approval.
I've just repaid my last loan in full. When will my next one be approved?
Great! It usually takes 3 business days for your bank to confirm that your payment has cleared, but you can make your next request right away. That way you can be paid as soon as your final repayment clears.
What if I apply outside of business hours?
If you've applied outside of business hours you will be paid within the first 60 minutes of the next business day. Once you're a member you get paid straight onto your Nimble card within seconds - anywhere, anytime, 24/7 (even from your mobile phone). No matter when or where, it takes less than a minute to request funds and seconds later you get an SMS confirming the money is available on your card. Simple!
Can I still get a loan if I have bad credit history?
Don't worry if you have a default - we may still be able to help you. Nimble approves loans for some applicants with black marks on their credit history. Our policies are very different from other lenders and banks. Credit history is only part of our application assessment. However, there are still cases when applications are declined. If you are now bankrupt, in a part nine debt agreement or have an extremely bad credit history, your application will be declined.
How long do I have to wait to get an approval?
Nimble is a totally new way to borrow money. We've figured out a neat way to give you an instant decision. So you'll know if you're approved straight away - not hours or days later. There's no waiting around for someone to assess your application. You'll have an answer within a minute. You do it all online by filling out the 5 minute application. Then you get an instant decision within seconds of clicking 'Submit'. And you're paid within 60 minutes. It's all ridiculously quick!
How do I repay Nimble?
We'll set up an automatic, direct debit to collect the money from the bank account your pay goes into. That way there's no need to worry about it. Simply keep an eye on the repayment dates in your Member Area and ensure the required funds are available in your bank account. We'll also send you an SMS the day before payments are due to help you stay organised.
When do I repay Nimble?
Before processing your application, we'll devise a repayment schedule that suits you. Then the repayment will come out of your account as a direct debit on the repayment dates. Once you have received your loan, you can check these dates in your Member Area. To help you stay organised we'll also send you an SMS message the day before a payment is due.
I'm experiencing Financial Hardship. What can I do?
We understand that anyone can go through financial hardship at any time, due to any number of reasons. We understand what this feels like. If you have a loan with Nimble and your repayments have fallen behind, or if you have an upcoming payment you know you won't be able to make, please contact us. The earlier we know what's going on, the more we can do to help. Call our Repayments Team on 133 156 to discuss your account as soon as possible.
