    The price to get a Geek out to you depends on the city/town you live in. We keep things simple by just billing in transparent, half-hour blocks with a minimum of one hour. We don't charge a callout fee so the one hour minimum saves you money! Most problems are solved within an hour & any additional hours are billed at a discounted rate. Because most problems can be solved in an hour or less, your expert technician will always offer other assistance & training with any extra time remaining.

  • Are Your Technicians Able To Explain The Service In Plain English?

    Yes! Geeks2U has a rigorous selection process for every Geek so as to ensure, amongst other things, that every technician speaks fluent English. Your Geek will not confuse you with complex technical jargon; they can all explain even the most complicated issues in simple, plain English.
