How do I make a booking?
On the yellow couriers website, first register as a user, then:- (1) Fill in a pick up request or call us on 131770. (2) Read carefully the terms and conditions of carriage and warranty. (3) We accept credit card, cash, company cheque, Yellow Courier Account, Cabcharge.
Can I book as the receiver?
Yes you can . As you are the person who has completed the booking process, it is very important that you make sure the Sender fully understands what is required to successfully complete the pick up.
Can I book with an operator?
Yes you can. Our operators are waiting to assist you further and can be contacted on 131770 from 6.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 7.00am to Midday on Saturday.
Can you deliver to PO Box numbers?
NO. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Are my goods covered by Transit insurance?
Yes your goods are covered . Yellow Couriers does have 'transit insurance' included in our prices.
Do I need an account to use your service?
No. Anyone can use our service with a credit card.
What are my payment options?
We currently offer payment with credit card, cash, company cheque, yellow couriers account, Cabcharge.
Can we book for a job to be done outside of your normal trading hours?
Yes you can. Simply ensure that the booking is placed during our business hours. Be aware that a surcharge will apply.
Do you provide intrastate and interstate deliveries, also logistics solutions?
Yes. Simply ring our sales team on 13 1770 to arrange.
Do you provide Ad-Hoc courier deliveries? Do you have larger trucks?
Yes we do including (Express and Priority) including pick up and banking of cheques. Yes. Yellow Couriers have vehicles ranging in size from one to five tonners.
