We are conveniently located in Brighton with ample free parking and close to public transport. Our philosophy at Brighton Psychology is to help you move positively towards overcoming a range of difficulties that are part of the challenges of modern life.

We treat overcoming anxiety and stress: *Panic attacks, *General anxiety, *Phobias and fears, *Lack of confidence and shyness, *Burnout and stress, *Post traumatic stress, *Obsessions and compulsions, *Gambling problems, *Grief.
