THE PLANNING APPEAL

If the success of your project is dependant on the VCAT appeal process, we offer a range of services to suit your needs. We have three planners with varied appeal experience all with high success rates with our director being an expert advocate having represented clients in over 300 cases. Our proven approach includes a detailed appraisal of your project and the chances of success so you can quantify your risks/chances of success. We have access to a wide range of allied professionals.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

We can offer you a wide range of additional services including representing you at various stages of the planning process including the initial review of your project, preparation of planning reports, consultation meetings with objectors, responding to requests for further information and representing your project at Council meetings. In addition we undertake site feasibilities, building dispensation applications, some local law applications and other specialised dealings with local councils.
