I was very disappointed with Office Works Glen Waverley on the way the print team made a mess of one of my jobs. I had a fairly big print job to do which had a due date and so we arranged in advance with Officeworks to get this done.. On the morning it was due they advised that their printer wasn’t working. They could not contact any other branch because apparently many of them are not picking up, and when they did – they couldn’t send the file across because it was too big! They then advised they’d called the technician but could not confirm when the technician could come, not at all appreciating the urgency of my print job. I was truly disappointed as I felt that they could have done more to find a way to solve my problem. Instead they came across as not very interested in helping me in this situation at all.
