FAQs

  • Where can I park?

    You can park in any available bay in the car park except those bays marked with a reserved sign, disabled parking bays (without a relevant disabled parking permit) or loading docks.

  • What happens if I stay longer than my intended exit time?

    If you stay longer than your intended exit time and grace period you will be charged the standard casual fees as displayed at the car park in addition to the online parking fees you have already paid.

  • How far ahead can I book my parking?

    In most car parks you will be able to book up to 1 month in advance of your entry date, with some car parks allowing a 3 month pre booking period.

  • How close to my entry time can I make a booking?

    Bookings can be made up to 1 hour prior to your entry time, however if you book within 8 hours of your entry you will be unable to cancel or amend you booking.

  • Do I need to bring my booking reference with me to the car park?

    Unless otherwise stated, you will not need to bring your booking reference with you to the car park. Your method of entry will be via your nominated credit card or vehicle registration number if specified.

  • Who should I contact if there is a problem with my booking?

    If you need assistance with your booking at the time of entry or exit at the car park, you simply need to press the intercom button at the column to speak with our ParkWatch control room staff. The staff member will be able to confirm the details of your booking to assist.

  • What happens if I park for less than my intended booking period?

    If you do not park for your entire booking period, you will not be entitled to any refund amount to your online parking and booking fees.

  • Am I entitled to a refund if I do not redeem my booking?

    If you have not cancelled your booking, with more than 8 hours notice and do not use your booking for any reason, you will not be entitled to a refund.

  • Why are there no parking products available for the times I have selected?

    Although we try to provide as many parking options as possible, online, we cannot always provide an available pre-booked product. If you have not found a product for the car park & time you have selected, try selecting an alternative time or car park.
