What's provided?

A room is provided with coffee and tea where mothers can catch up. Seperate rooms are then provided where beauty treatments and personal training is undertaken.

How many in a group?

We focus on groups of between 4 - 8 mums and the sessions are from an hour to two hours depending on the size of each group.
