  • How do I get a Wage Subsidy Agreement?

Simply call TSAEP to discuss your circumstances. If you are eligible we will provide all the necessary paperwork. You just have to fill it in and return it to us.

  • How is the wage subsidy paid?

Once the job seeker has completed the negotiated periods, you just send TSAEP a Wage Subsidy Employment Verification Form along with any other document which has been specified, e.g. a tax invoice.

  • How large is the subsidy?

Funding depends on the job seeker's individual circumstances. A TSAEP consultant can help explain the range of subsidies.

  • Do terms and conditions apply?

Yes. For example, the job seeker must be eligible and must be offered employment for a minimum number of hours or payment per week. Some roles are not eligible for a subsidy.

  • When do I receive the wage subsidy?

As soon as the job seeker has been employed continuously for the full period and all agreed conditions have been met. Payment cannot be made until the full period (including any legitimate breaks) has been completed.

  • What if the job seeker does not complete the agreed employment period?

If the reasons are legitimate (e.g. the job seeker resigns or the employer decides the person is unsuitable) then TSAEP will not recover previously paid installments. However future payments may be void.
