What are the benefits of drying my home?
As restorers, our main job is to mitigate the loss and prevent further secondary damage such as mould/microbial growth by drying out the property after a flood event. This process helps limit the number of building works/ replacement of materials that may be required to restore the home to a pre-loss condition, which can be a real economic advantage and less of a disruption in your home.
How long does the water damage drying process take?
Every water damage job is different; therefore, it is challenging to give exact times. Our goal is to dry the property within 3-4 days; however, as every job is different based on temperatures, humidity, and materials to be dried, this could take up to 7 days or longer. For instance, direct stick carpet with no underlay will dry much faster than carpet laid on thick underlay. If we are drying out particle board or timber floors, this again is a much slower process.

Our facility is located at 35 Learoyd Rd, Acacia Ridge QLD 4110. However, we have an extensive network of staff located strategically within our service areas.

We have a large service area including Brisbane, Gold Coast, Redland Bay, Northern NSW, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba regions.
How soon can you get to my property?
We strive to get to your premises as soon as possible. Typically our staff are onsite within the hour; however, this can be affected by location and availability. For instance, in storm events, we may deal with hundreds of individual claims. We will always keep you updated in this instance.
