Ainslie Family Practice

this practrice is so rigid with their own rules that I am also disgusted in the way they handle everything.I have also not been apparently sick enough over the last few years to maintain my Dr services who I have also been seeing since I was 17 (I am now 52) and followed to this practice.that I am now considered a NEW patient and that she no longer receives NEW patients .I probably believe that they have thrown away all my medical notes in the belief I was never returning.heads up I have just NOT been sick,now I have a lifelong sickness and I have NO doctor

This is the first reveiw I have ever written. I am disgusted. I have visited my female family doctor ever since I was a little girl. Even following her from her from her previous practice to her current practice, Ainslie Medical Centre. Last time I visited was in May, apparently I haven't been sick enough in the last couple of months for them to reprint me out my contraceptive pill script , for either no charge or at very least a reasonable charge. Shocked to hear $20 and I have to come in and pick it up, really? Well good on you Office Management, on principle Im actually happy to go and spend my hard earned money on full consultation at a different "family" practice that actually value their customers. Im never coming back. Your rigidnesss and unwillingness to cpmpromise or even come up with a good reason for exorbitant charge has lost you a customer (hopefully my mother aswell). Another fine example of great customer service skills, said NO ONE EVER. I hope no one uses your services
