Prouds The Jewellers

I started shopping for my wedding jewelry a few months ago and Prouds Belconnen was 1 out of 4-6 stores I visited in person.



By far, the best service I received (and have ever received at a Jeweller) was from Karen. She was kind, attentive, thoughtful, patient, knowledgeable and thorough.



So, when I was ready to make the purchase, I know where to go straight away. When I cam back to see Karen, I was served by one of her lovely team members, who I can tell she recruited carefully, as they were very professional, polite and patient as well.



Karen's service and that of her staff was impressive, the store was immaculate and well laid-out.



A huge thank you to Karen for making shopping for my special day, not just successful, but a very pleasant experience.
