great service!

I am a tourist and I went to try their food, the service and hospitality were excellent

Wire in food

I've been a long time customer of this restaurant and order on a weekly basis and have never had a problem in the past until a few days ago.



Order takeout a and was eating the leftovers the following day and I found this piece of wire in the parmesan crumbed chicken. Resulted in chipping two front teeth.



Contacted the owner who has refused to give me his insurance details so that I can get my teeth fixed. Very disappointed in his attitude towards such a serious matter.



Will be putting in a complaint with the local food health inspector and seeking legal advice and the coming days

Turkish Grill have really come into their own over the past couple years. The food is always exceptional and the price is fair for the quantity (and quality) received.

The staff are hospitable and never have to be called over for table service.

The restaurant itself has a warm, relaxing vibe that is inviting and leaves you feeling at ease after a long week.

As the saying goes, you can never trust a rating of 1 or 5, particularly from people named Christine, but I digress. All in all, Turkish Grill is a fantastic restaurant that invigorates your taste buds and accommodates with fine dining and exceptional service.

Shocking experience at the Turkish Grill Erindale last night. When I went to pay, the woman behind the till asked "How was everything?" I responded quite calmly, that I "wouldn't be back". Another woman (perhaps the owner's daughter) came up visibly angry and asked why? When I explained that I didn't think it was good service to have my main and my entree served at the same time she said that was not a good reason to complain. I guess eating a cold main is perfectly acceptable! Even funnier, the owner then came up and began yelling at me. He told me he didn't care if I never came back and that I had no right to complain as everything was perfect. Funnier still, he kept yelling until another customer came up and asked him to stop as he was ruining it for the rest of the customers. What an immature and irrational way to handle a complaint!
