Very negative carers, have caught one carer yelling at children. She does it when she thinks no one is around or listening. The other carers dont even report it. We had a very good carer but she was moved without any notice. Nothing changed since I reported the yelling, she just pretends to be nice if parents are around. They have nothing positive to say about your children or other children. Children's behaviour deteriorates for days after attendance, then they settle again. Tried it for 6 months. Some good art projects and front desk very friendly. The new operations manager is just plain rude and really has no idea what goes on inside the centre. Just spoke to her about staff negativity and she just said no one else complains. 'Well I'm complaining and you just aren't interested'
