      Fantastic Service and Attention to Detail

      extremely bad car service

      took car in for service. drove car next day for a half hour and engine was boiling when got home. Took it straight back & car had no engine coolant in it at all. On the service documents it said they drained coolant & refilled, but car was completely empty of coolant and no leakage was found. They completely forgot to refill. they refilled when returned and where embarrassed. now car has had problems ever since. very very poor.

      I have been using them for several years for my car and my partners car.
      Always reliable and prompt. The one time we had a minor issue it was attended to promptly and resolved.

      Don't use unless you stay while they work on your car and watch they put everything back where it belongs

      Barts Auto Runaway Bay took my car to be regased they said couldn't be gassed that I have a problem would cost about $600 + to fix said I will leave till after Xmas..went to Yamba for 4 days on way home car over heated had to be towed to macanics problem was a/c canister was not cliped back in and rub a hole in the radiator...tow new radiator and another night accommodation over $670 all because of poor attention to detail by Bart's Auto....wouldn't mind but not the 1st time they have left things not done won't be using them again. ..
