Great to deal with, prompt communications and professional staff.

I was dealing with my mother's estate from Melbourne, which made things difficult, also there was a bit of acrimony with other parties involved. Somehow Jess managed to keep everything under control, kept all parties informed with what was going on, and took on board any concerns I had with the process. Dealing with a parents estate brings in a lot of conflicts and she navigated them all really well. The service continued after everything was financially wrapped up,with a motor vehicle transfer requiring some additional time on her part, which she provided at no cost, and was greatly appreciated. Wards as a business were great to deal with, all staff promptly passing on messages with responses generally the same day, either directly by phone or email. Made a pretty stressful situation a lot easier to deal with.

I'd say strike 3 but it's actually strike 4.

I'm fairly sure I've just had the worst customer experience in my life, Sue is the most impolite person in that office. She can't handle snide comments about their lack of service and professionalism.

I'll skip over the fact that I wasn't advised that Andrew was away for a week and nothing would be happening on the conveyancing for a property myself and my mother are purchasing. My mother's favourite comment about that, "you can't complain about the service because there is none".

Now back to Sue, I received an email asking for myself or my mum to attend their office to complete a form(that we were only ever asked to sign) filling in credit card info, we weren't told the amount so we couldn't complete that part so we'd left it blank. When I asked Sue what the cost was she said she didn't know, my comment, "maybe our conveyancer should tell us what the amount is so we can complete the form". We'll the virtual excrement just hit the fan and she told me every time I come into the office I'm rude and that I'm basically a horrible person.

She goes out the back talking smack about me and having a general sook because once again, I've shown how bad their communication is.

Andrew comes out to try to calm the waters and offers me "that I can leave if i want", really, over 2 weeks into a 30 day settlement and that's your response, YOU asked me to come in!

To cut the story short, turns out that there is no fee and no need for me to be rushing into their office to fill in that form in, you'd think they'd offer an apology but that would be asking to much.

Please respond Andrew, I'd really like to hear you tell me you are not running a clown show.

Would you like me to also add the copy and paste job you did on my mother and father wills, where you recorded on my father's will about him having a husband?

Seriously Andrew, absolute circus, you said and i quote "I'm a solicitor not a conveyancer, well mate, maybe you need to try harder, because from where I stand, you're just rubbish at your work or your staff are lazy and lack oversight from you.

Another one of mum's favourite sayings, "The only thing that people in this place know how to do is charge".

Poor behaviour

I need a copy of a lease agreement that I was never given, Andrew swore at me, belittled me and refuses to help. I’m not sure how sending me a copy of something that he should have provided is to much for Andrew. Wouldn’t recommend them with my worst enemy

Poor ethics, No morals

Andrew bullied me out of my lease during COVID when I was struggling to pay rent, twelve months later after losing everything and the ability to provide I requested a copy of “my” lease agreement whilst I was standing in court needing it as he never forwarded myself or my solicitors a copy. I have been sworn at, laughed at, hung up on all for trying to somehow put the pieces back together, I also suffer from pmdd and if I ever kill myself Andrew will be part responsible
