Dr Angelina Zea has been practising as a speciality orthodontist since 2006 in the Glen Waverly and Ballart regions. Over the years, we have gained a reputation for our practice. Dr Angelina Zea is a specialist orthodontist practicing locally in Glen Waverley since 2006. We take care of all kinds of orthodontic problems among adults and children. We have extensive experience in treating young children and can provide orthodontic plates for them as well as space maintainers to allow adult teeth to erupt. In our practice, we use mini metal braces for maximum comfort during treatment or clear aligners as an alternative to conventional braces.
We specialise in a variety of dental treatments, including aligning neighbouring teeth for dental implants, jaw surgery options with braces to achieve facial harmony for suitable patients, and customised braces placed behind the teeth. Our services include bite correction, occlusal splints, reconstructions, smile makeovers, and straightening. When is the best age for my child to be evaluated for orthodontic treatment?
7 years of age is usually a good time to attend the clinic for an evaluation regarding any jaw growth disharmony, lack of space for adult teeth to come through, persisting habits of finger or thumb sucking, missing or any abnormal number of adult teeth or any pathology present.
What are your opening hours?
Dr Angelina Zea is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm at both the Ballarat and Glen Waverley practices. She is also open on Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm only at Glen Waverley.
