I made a phone order with Jodie for a live plant to be delivered as a birthday gift to a relative. Her customer service was fabulous and the quality of the product just as good. Very pleased :)

Have been ordering flowers for several years from overseas and have recently discovered that what I've been ordering online has been totally different to what was being delivered. Am currently gathering evidence from all the orders to be investigated (very sad and lengthy process). This is a warning to anyone ordering online so they don't get ripped off like me. I even wrote to them and they never even had the decency to reply.
