      I can't find the lamp, product, fixture I am looking for, what do I do?

      At LRA we have over 20,000 line items, and as a result of that, uploading all these items to the web is long and slow process, but we're working on it. If you are having problems and can't find the item you are looking for, more than likely we will have it or know how to get it for you, so please, feel free to contact us and one of our friendly sales team will be more than happy to assist.


      What is your refund/goods return policy?

      If you need to return the lighting products you have purchased from us, we'll need your receipt. Moreover, all products must be returned in a clean and sellable condition. No claims are recognised unless received in writing or an email within 14 days of the date of the invoice. Please note, special orders and indent items are not refundable, and restocking fees apply.
