Very rude when we dropped dogs off . Our first time using this pet facility and as if we were expected to know the procedures . After 3 days away came back on 4 th day to pick up dogs and 1 of our dogs had lost weight , there was no water and only a tiny empty food bowl left on the ground for my massive size of dog, she was obviously stressed when I got to her run . Our other dog was not in the luxury run we had booked . When asked why, the girl said that they had to bath him .still no explanation why he was not in the run he was supposed to be in and when we got him home he didn't smell like he'd had a bath . Won't use this place again .

WILL NEVER RECOMMEND USE OF THIS FACILITY. After being recommended to try this facility I called to book my two dogs in. I was informed that unless I had pedigree papers to prove my dogs were American Staffies and not Pit Bulls that they could not go to this facility. I enquired why this was the case and even tried to explain that councils don't require a check (which they have done in the past) of this dog breed. I was then told that they could be pit bulls and that this had happened in this past and they would not accept my dogs. It baffles me that an animal centre or kennel would not be able to tell these breeds apart, Pit Bulls and American Staffies are DIFFERENT DOG BREEDS. Where do you draw the line on this discrimination? Next they will be excluding English Staffies because they are related to the American Staffie breed. American Staffies are beautiful loving dogs.
