      Ebsworth Upholstery ensures every job is delivered with the care and attention necessary to ensure a beautiful and lasting finish.

      Mark Ebsworth is a skilled and qualified upholsterer with over 14 years of experience servicing the Canberra and Queanbeyan region. At Ebsworth Upholstery, we pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship and excellence in customer service and have the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to tackle any job no matter the size or complexity.

      Ebsworth Upholstery is specialist in restoring old and antique furniture. Using time honoured traditional methods and materials we can restore your furniture to its former glory. Our traditional methods include: Hand tied and stitched in coil springs Forming using horse hair and coconut fibres Diamond buttoning Hand stitching Stud details and braid finishing

      We don't just recover your furniture, we will assess it from top to bottom and recommend a course of action depending on the age and condition of your piece. If required we will remove old layers of fabric and padding, repair any split timber and broken joints then reinforce the base with new webbing before replacing the padding and recovering.

      At Ebsworth Upholstery, we work with our customers to provide custom upholstery services to your specification. Our services are not limited to furniture. We can reupholster your car interior, your bike seat and even make your boat more comfortable with custom made cushions and upholstered seats. Whatever you have in mind we would love to talk with you about turning your idea into a reality.

      There are a few ways you can request a quote. You can give us a call to discuss or send us an email with a photo attached. We can come to your home or office to assess your project and provide a quote or you can make an appointment to visit our workshop.

      Can I visit your workshop?

      You are welcome to visit the workshop, it is best to arrange an appointment first in case we are out on a delivery.
