We offer a range of interventional radiology strategies, which involve performing procedures using image guidance. These strategies often include injecting different medicines or performing a variety of different procedures at the area of concern. Common areas of complaint for the use of interventional radiology include, shoulder, neck, back, hip, elbow, knee, ankle, foot and hands.

How long is a referral valid for?

12 months.


Do I need an appointment for a x-ray or ultrasound?

For a x-ray you do not require an appointment however we are closed for lunch between 1-2pm. To enable your x-ray to be completed please arrive before 12.30pm and 4.30pm.For an ultrasound you definitely need an appointment.For Saturday mornings appointments are needed for both x-rays and ultrasounds.


What should I bring with me?

Please bring your referral, your current medicare card and any previous films or reports relating to your current condition.

Yes, you do need a referral form from your referring practitioner.
