Staff wouldn't allow my daughter as a walk in. Ended up needing an ambulance and hospitalised a weeks because doctors refused her treatment until their next available appointment in one week. Despite the knowledge of the seriousness of her illness.

They are always running 45 mins late so please do not arrive on time because you will waste your time sitting around and their staff will always tell you that there is 2 before you and i have sat here at least 3 has gone in before me. Seriously need to get their time management right.

Frustrating, never on schedule although they will give you time. Totally time waster. Sometimes doctors claim they just got the patient name in their list although you are waiting in the practice for an hour. Manager treat the practice as she own it and has the witness of a thread to restrict the access of a patient when he asked for a feedback/complain form.

Service from reception staff outstanding. Dr with mole checks excellent. I'm so happy my family are using this awesome practice that have totally dedicated staff.

Apollo health - what a delight of a practice, having a few services in the same building is a bonus for all. Staff are very friendly and polite, Dr's were very quick, I didnt have an appointment- just walked in & best of all the visit was bulk billed.

Apollo Health was a real let down. The doctor who saw to us, was incredibly rude and argumentative towards our questions. He was negative about our previous experiences with past doctors and said that their methods were wrong. Funnily enough I have had countless problems with his treatment compared to past doctors. I sat in the treatment room for 15 mins because the only administering nurse was on her lunch break. Appalling and will never go there again!
