Do cats get let out altogether in the Cattery to socialise?

Cats are typically territorial and anti-social by nature, which is why we minimise the risk of territorial behaviour and injury by allowing them their own cat suite. Individual cat suites prevent any fights from occurring. What’s more, to ensure that all cats are as comfortable as possible, every suite has a waist level bench. We allow cats (individually) to explore the cat Loungeroom as well as the entire Cattery.

Do the dogs get to socialise together while boarding?

Dogs can get territorial, which is why we minimise any risk of injury by keeping dogs in their own runs. Being introduced to a new environment can be a stressful experience, especially for anxious dogs. Keeping dogs in individual runs and providing personal space can significantly alleviate unnecessary stress.

Can I bring toys and blankets for my pet?

Yes, we encourage you to bring toys and blankets so that your precious pet has a familiar scent to hold onto while you’re away. Please note: we do not allow bean bags as these items have the tendencies to explode while the dogs aren't watching... making our kennels look like a white Christmas!
