We provide private emergency and elective services to patients referred from local GP's & Specialists. We also see patients referred from the A&E Department at the Adelaide Specialist Group. We also provide advanced tertiary private and legal opinions and surgical options for interstate, international visitors and overseas clients (rates on request). All our surgeons have completed advanced fellowship training overseas. We are the only ENT group practice in Adelaide that has this requirement.

We saw Prof. Carney after my 3 year old was experience issues with snoring, mouth breathing and a chronic cough. This then developed into my son having seizures due to the lack of quality sleep he was getting. Prof. Carney's office fit us in promptly and talked us through having a reduction of tonsils and adenoids. This procedure was completed 2 weeks after the consult and it is the best decision we ever made! My son is now full of energy, much more settled at night and as of today he hasn't had a seizure in 6 days. Highly recommend Prof. Carney as well as getting the reduction done as opposed to getting tonsils etc out. The recovery was so easy for my son's age. Also, special mention to all the fabulous women working in Prof Carney's office. They have all been so kind and helpful and understanding to our situation.

Was referred to Prof Carney for ear review, he saw me as urgent referral, was able to diagnose my issues in his consulting room, tested me and have to say I feel so much better. More capable hands I haven't been in.

I'm patient of Prof Simon Carney. For years I suffered sinus and ear issues, Prof Carney listened to my concerns, did appropriate tests and I had surgery on sinuses/ears. I had some post operative complications (no fault of surgeon). I was treated as priority as an in/out-patient and am so appreciative of the care and support of Prof and his staff gave me.

An amazing team of professionals, from the welcoming reception staff to the specialists. A warm and friendly environment offering the highest professional services. Professor Simon Carney has a genuinely warm professional disposition that makes you feel like you matter. Furthermore, there is easy access to parking. An early morning appointment that set the tone for the rest of my day. I highly recommend Adelaide Specialist Group.

I have seen Prof Carney for sinus surgery and most recently, UPPP, tonsillectomy and tongue channeling. The results have been fantastic a can now breath through my nose and no longer keep my partner up snoring all night.

Prof Carney was amazing. My 4 year old can now breathe properly and the snoring/darth vader breathing instantly stopped! She also loved playing video games whenever she went to see the Dr. Office staff are all lovely and polite. Great experience all round.

After 3+ years of deteriorating health and suffering, multiple other doctors/specialists, a new GP referred me to this Specialist Practice. Every aspect of my diagnosis, surgery and treatment was exemplary, not only did he resolve my chronic health issues without complication nor delay, he and his team are well above standard in terms of health care delivery. Very grateful to have been referred there, it was an absolute life saver!

We would highly recommend Prof Carney.
Our 4yo had his tonsils out and was riding his bike the day after and back to daycare in 3 days. No more snoring and sleeping well.

Your patient service. This is the 2nd time I have used up the Carney and both times I have been extremely impressed
