Jason went above and beyond when I had battery trouble ( stop start battery. Followed up with a service. Car running great and work done on time and good communication for time frame of ongoing work required ie: brake pad replacement.

We asked if they had time. Yes. They knew we were in Torquay 3 weeks. Left indicator light repaired. Left ignition on and flattened 4 week old batteries. Jump started without pulling dash cam out of front. Destroyed dash cam. Didn’t fix trailer electrics. Gave us fittings when we left but were wrong fittings. Husband bought new and did himself. Asked for oil and filter change. Charged $350
The main thing was replace 2nd alternator that charges house batteries when driving. They did this but wired it into our engine guard so engine guard no longer works. And alternator isn’t charging batteries. We told them on the Friday of all not working. They knew we had to leave by the Tuesday. Jason said bring it in on Monday and we will move all to get it going. On Monday he said I’m short staffed so can’t do. On the Tuesday he said you will have to come back at the end of the week We had to leave or camp in their drive. In hindsight we should’ve.
