We have no hesitation in recommending Nicola & Wayne - ALL ABOUT PET CARE - to anyone looking for affordable "PEACE OF MIND PETCARE'" ! We were overseas for 5 seeks and left our two "'girls'" (puppy dogs) in their capable hands. We loved the way they easily welcomed them into their home and treated them as if they were their very own. Needless to say they were both very spoilt. Prior to our leaving Holly our 13 year old lab developed her first hot spot, which was expertly managed by Nicola with a return visit to the vet and regular salt water swims to calm and heal her skin. Lucy our little dog, who is a very anxious and shy dog, was very comfortable in Nicola and Wayne's company and settled in beautifully. It was comforting and very much appreciated to receive regular pics and updates on our girls during our time away. What a great place to leave your loved dog - a recent trip to Europe meant we had to leave our beloved Laika for over 2 weeks. It was great to know that she was in such safe, caring and professional hands. A couple of free pre-meetings and walks to get her used to Nicola and the house was much appreciated and we could relax knowing she would be well looked after. The daily photos and videos were an added bonus especially when we saw one of her after a free bath which meant we got back to a shiny clean and happy hound. It is clear Nicola and her husband really love and care for dogs and the service and affection shown to Laika was genuine and something you can't put a price on. Will definitely be back - keep up the great work Nicola.

We cannot speak highly enough of the care that Nicola provided for our beautiful little girl Tillie in a safe, loving environment. Nicola arranged to meet up with myself and Tillie before our departure date and we all went for a walk together, this was a great way to get to know each other. Every day we were away we were provided with photos and progress texts as to how Tillie was coping away from us and in Nicola's care. Tillie is a very timid girl and we were very concerned that she might fret and not eat while we were away. We needn't have worried! Our girl was treated like princess and settled down in no time at all. When we arrived home Tillie was happy to see us and it was very clear that she was a calm, relaxed, little girl who hadn't missed a beat, or us very much, for that matter, while we were away. We would definitely leave Tillie in Nicola's care again. She is a beautiful, caring human being that genuinely loves animals. So happy we found her. It was also very clear that Wayne,Nicola's partner, was fully on board with having Tillie stay with them and that was very reassuring to us as well.

Nicola and the care she provided for my Dad's best friend, Gidget, was fabulous! She spent time with my Dad and Gidget so they could get to know each other before the boarding days, which set Dad's mind at ease about leaving his baby with someone else. Nicola was caring, compassionate and empathic, providing flexible care to best meet Dad and Gidget's needs, with daily updates, including photos. Nicola went above and beyond to ensure everyone was happy & we would not hesitate to recommend her services. Now that he's been away once, I'm hoping Dad will do so again, relaxed in the knowledge that Gidget can be cared for safely and happily by Nicola.
