Alex was very fast and efficient, we had used him for our end of lease clean, Alex was super easy to deal with and so efficient for a one man Army, made out lives much easier.

We contacted Alex to do a carpet clean when we were moving out of our rental. He wasn't available the day we were hoping to get him out which was fine, so we booked him in for 2 days before our preferred date at 1:30pm.
We received a call at 9:30am the day he was supposed to be coming over, asking if he could come at 10:30am instead. We told him no, as we had only gotten the keys for our new rental the day before, and still had to finish getting the furniture out of the house and cleaning the rooms so they were ready for him to steam clean. He was unhappy that we had told him no, but accepted it.
He then arrived at the property just after 1pm, and was mad at us when we told him the rooms weren't ready for him to start yet, as we were expecting him at 1:30pm. He was very visibly and verbally irritated, and while he waited for us to get them finished, he stood at the back of his van that was parked in the entrance to our open garage and had a cigarette. The smoke came straight into the house and we had to air out out for 2 days to get rid of the smell.
I had to leave at 1:30pm to go to work, and Alex was just starting to get his equipment out of the car as I left. I received a text at 1:55pm from my housemate to let me know he had finished all 3 bedrooms plus walk in robe, and was already gone. When I got back to the house after work, the carpets had received a rush job.
If you're looking for a budget cleaner that will be in and out super fast, then Alex is your guy. However, if you're wanting a proper, end of lease carpet clean done, I would highly recommend spending the extra $30 to get it done by a professional company.

Alex was easy going, trustworthy and did a fantastic job with our end-of-lease clean.

WOrst carpet cleaning ever. Foul smell after doing the carpet clean. Not answering when contacting for the job again. Disgrace to do business with these people. If -10 could be given as rating, i would have done so
