Westside Auto Wholesale

I purchased an Isuzu MU-X on 25th June 2025 from Westside Auto, and it’s been a terrible experience from start to finish.



I was falsely assured by the sales agent Charles Zhao that the car had no accident history.

On the same day, after paying the deposit, my husband requested to change to another Isuzu MU-X (a 2023 model),

but this was denied, claiming the deposit was already committed.



I travelled all the way from the north of Perth trusting Westside Auto as a well-known dealer.

I’m just a regular person with no expert knowledge of cars — and they took full advantage of that.



Later, I found out that the vehicle had been in an accident.

The front bonnet had been repainted, but very poorly, clearly not to professional standards.

Additionally, the car was misaligned and unbalanced at the time of delivery.



When I raised my concerns, the sales manager did not offer a replacement or even an apology.

They simply offered to do a wheel alignment and replace just one front tyre — no accountability, no regret, and no genuine customer care.



It is unethical and against consumer law to sell a repaired accident vehicle without disclosure.



As a customer, I feel deeply misled, disrespected, and disappointed. I do not recommend Westside Auto to anyone.

Please be cautious — get an independent inspection and do not rely solely on what the salespeople say.



This dealership clearly prioritised the sale over honesty and ethics. A truly frustrating and upsetting experience.

Seems they enjoy sending inappropriate text messages when they don’t get their way. Steer clear.

Where to start, sold a car to me engine lights on within the first week, problems continued from there even after engine swap, sent it back to get diagnosed cause wouldn't start last week and they didn't even put all the parts back together talk about incompetent!!! Either that or are fully aware of the problems with the vehicles and enjoy selling dodgy cars and causing more problems when there send back !!!!!! How disgusting there conduct.has been this whole time .... I would honestly tell anyone looking to buy a car not to trust westside auto sales or parts and servicing ...

BE WARNED, If you are spending 20K and vehicle is over 5 years old , get an inderpendant check done , or it could get expensive real quick ,

Pretty sure they photoshop their carsales listing photos. The car I looked at online appeared very good online but when inspecting it in person it had quite a few scratches and scuff marks. Also finding staff if hard here and when you do find one they aren't helpful.

Not the best place to buy a car, all the owners are rude and just want to make money!

I bought a 3 year old FJ Cruiser from Westside Autos last month, and foolishly forgot to check the service history on the car before I bought it. I took it on good faith that this would all be in order - BIG MISTAKE! I only realised the logbook was missing when I got home, called Westside Autos immediately & was assured that they would get the logbook to me. Several phone calls later to WA & Toyota, and it turns out that the car actually has no service history at all - a major worry for a 3 year old car, and this will have a big impact on the resale value of the car (from what I've read, could be up to 10 - 20% of the value). WA finally ended up sending me a blank logbook, but this doesn't really help me at all. I got the car at what I thought was a reasonable price, but it turns out they ripped me right off. You can bet that they bought the car at discounted rate due to missing service history, and then sold it on to me at full book price. Really shoddy service, steer well clear of these cowboys.

I bought a car off them last year, and have recently purchased another through them. Both times it was a great experience. No pressure, great friendly team and a huge variety to choose from. I will recommend Westside Auto Wholesale to family and friends.
