Cospak

Delivery driver delivered half my order to the wrong place and had to go back and get it then proceeded to spill 1000 wine bottles into the ground. Cospak manager refused to refund $65 for failed delivery instead saying some of the (unusable contaminated) bottles are still usable and that should be my compensation.
