      We are a full-service business centre offering a wide range of technologies & servicing arrangements. Our service offerings can be used across all departments including the following: PAYG - Pay As You Go, is a flat rate service that is billed by the hour, call-out fees may be incurred. PPSL - Premium Partner Support Light offers clients a one-off opportunity to purchase 5 hours of regressively billed hours at our lowest rate & receive an additional 3 hours of time to be used for their site audit.

      PPS10/20 - Premium Partner Support 10/20 gives clients the opportunity to purchase 10 or 20 hours of support to be regressively billed. PPS clients are exempt from call-out fees & receive bonus-monitoring hours. PPS-NFP10/20 - Premium Partner Support - Not For Profit 10/20 has most of the features of the above with restricted "after hours" access & a lower billing rate. SLA - Service Level Agreements are created client by client and can offer any level of service and can include or exclude any office service or equipment. iAssist SLAs are calculated using industry stats provided by the Gartner group. iAssist SLAs are renewed 3 monthly & pricing dynamically changes to meet the company’s growth or shrinkage.

      How soon can we get there?

      In most cases, we can be there the same day; however, in busy times, we will keep you informed and work with you to provide a fast efficient service.


      Does iAssist warrant our work?

      Yes, iAssist has several levels of warranty. We have manufacturer’s warranty and iAssist warranty. iAssist warranty covers all works performed by iAssist for 14 days after work is invoiced.


      Do you do house calls?

      Yes, we do house calls in Rockhampton, Gracemere, Mount Morgan, Parkhurst and Yeppoon.


      Do you do work for home users?

      Yes, we service all demographics as home, business, government, not for profit and enterprise.
