I was so confused after seeing some suppliers regarding my telephone set up. They gave me vague pricing and didn’t seem to want to spend the time to understand the needs of our multiple site offices. I’m glad I was referred to eco communications who had a rep, which I was pleased to learn was also an owner, come and visit me and audit all my accounts (many accounts across different suppliers that needed to be sorted) and do up proposal for the set up of our offices, then one of the technicians came out and did a site audit of all our hardware – none of this cost us anything. The end result is that I have a one supplier and one bill and one point of contact and this is all local – we saved 60% off our phone accounts as well. The saving are great but what I really like is that we have someone who actually responds to our needs and listens to us.

After hearing mixed things about the NBN service around my area I was a bit scared of the switchover, Eco Communications ended up hooking me up and if has been going great since hookup!

My business recently had one of ECO's NBN experts out on site to explain it all to us. Our business got hooked up with NBN a few months ago and we have had no problems since! Would reccomend.
