The Dr Treegood representative attended the property to provide a quote on trimming over hanging branches from a neighbour’s tree. The neighbour was in agreement prior to requesting the quote. After visiting my property the Dr Treegood representative visited the neighbouring property and told them to report the planned works to the council. The works proposed were in agreement by both properties. The works were within council guidelines and a trim of smaller, low branches. This company is incredibly unprofessional, lacks integrity and is dishonourable. I would recommend not even allowing them near your property for a quote.

I was recommended Dr Treegood by an architect mate who'd used them, because I have an exceptionally large gumtree growing through my property line in Stanmore. They assessed the situation, and informed me that the tree - despite its errant intrusion and angle - was very healthy, but had a number of dead limbs that needed removal. William took me through the tree and explained/pointed out what was wrong with the tree, and why it needed pruning. I was also informed that it would not meet council approval for removal. (This has since been confirmed by another neighbour who has an arborist friend.) The Treegood team turned up on the alotted date, and spent a few hours removing dead limbs and an unsightly vine which had grown up into it. They also removed some smaller trees out the front in preparation for some landscaping. They left the site impeccably tidy, and the initial quote did not change. I was most happy with thei work.

engaged for an arborist report which was riddled with 'recommendations' for 'an arborist to be engaged on site while all excavations are undertaken' - when requested to explain - they were simply deleted - no questions asked!
the invoice was riddled with additional fees for 'exclusions'

I engaged Dr Treegood to prune back the african olive on my property. They didn't complete the job, left the mess, damaged my plants, grass, broke my pots and damaged a retaining wall. I have lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading to try and get them to come and finish the work they started and clean up the mess they left.
