Not a professional service at all. Collection occurred on a Monday and I then received a copy of the invoice the next day advising that the transaction had been completed as per the terms and conditions, no further balance owing. The following day they charge my credit card for further money with NO communication to me. When I called to enquire they said I had put unauthorised material in the bin. When I requested photo evidence I received unclear photos of a bin that didn't even look like my bin. I did a google review check of WM Waste before I hired so that I would not get poor service and that is exactly what I have ended up with!
