Bartletts Move

Absolutely useless! My experience with this company ‘Barletts move’ who were dropping items off to me.

Firstly dropped off only 5 chairs instead of 6 so God knows where the missing one is? then after dropping them off smashed a glass door on a china cabinet I was storing in my garage, when I spoke to them just got a flat out denial saying was all good when they left so some mysterious forces must have caused it!

Then promised to compensate me after photos and bank details provided and then heard nothing so contacted their HQ and got the same response from a rude Woman who just denied everything.

Further to this their client who they were moving for heard a large bang and a removal guy walked into his office with a very high-end speaker in hand and a sheepish look on face. Owner saw damage on speaker and confronted them and guess what, yes same response deny deny deny!

Do not trust this company with your precious items as you will get the same treatment as we have, very unprofessional and untrustworthy!

Shop around and go elsewhere.
