Days before New Years .. and the dishwasher is "stuck" on the QUICK 45° (29 min) setting - unable to change to my preferred Hot Wash (recommended previously by Glenn).



A call to him, and he said an onsite visit today would be okay. Not long afterwards, though, he calls back and leads me through a reset routine (childlock had been erroneously activated). Bingo. Job done, like a TeleHealth call to my GP!



Ours is easily a decade old, and he said we have a german manufactured model - which he rates highly. This guy knows his stuff.

I contacted this business as they were recommended for a washing machine repair. I made initial contact, supplied requested machine details and after approx 1 week as there was no contact i called and they said the part isnt in stock, waiting on eta from manufacturer they will let me know. Again a 1-2 weeks later i call and now manufactuer has a new system and they having trouble with it, will advise in a day or 2. 9 days later (today) i called again and again blame game plus got a cold shoulder feeling,could see they arent interested, so i said dont worry about it. Called manufacturer, quoted machine details etc, part available, ordered it within 10 min and its on its way.



My take on this is if you arent interested, say so up front, its nearly been 4 weeks i have been calling and waiting - not good business in my opinion

Just rang for a repair job. He said he doesn't deal with our model due to part accessibility being a major problem, need to go to company direct. He asked a couple of questions, gave advice about problem and suggested a price range to repair. That was extremely helpful and I totally appreciated his assistance.

Glen has repaired our washing machine in the past he is prompt, meticulous and thorough. Glen recently gave excellent advice on purchase of a new machine. He answered queries on the choice of new machine one three occasions and ensured we got what would suit our requirements. This was going above and beyond and we appreciate it.

We hadn't been able to use our dishwasher for 9 months with other repair services unable to tell us what the problem was. Di Molto immediately diagnosed the problem and resolved it, they also stayed around as we started a cycle and made sure it was indeed working. They could identify the precise sound that indicated what the problem was, and why it had occurred. They gave us multiple tips on how to avoid it happening in the future. They were professional and friendly, and made the entire experience easy and positive. I would go directly to them in the future.
