      I like to go above and beyond expectations. I service every vehicle as if it were my own.

      After many years of working in many high end dealers, I saw a rapid decline in the focus on quality and customer satisfaction, and a massive desire for quantity and low motivating production line type of culture. As an empathic perfectionist, i found this soul destroying and couldn't live like this any longer. So therefore March 2010 there came the start KLEMtech Automotive - German Car Expert

      As the Southern Highlands main APR performance dealer, we can offer many different stages of performance software and hardware upgrades for all VW/Audi products. This includes Porsche, Bentley, Lamborghini and Skoda

      We are the experts at longterm restoration of UV fogged and damaged headlights. This multi stage process is finalised with an application of a UV proof clearcoat paint job guaranteed to last.

      As we are constantly updating all of the latest technology. We can diagnose and program at a higher level than most others. We are constantly heavily loaded with trade work from other workshops in order to help out as the mechanics mechanic. This also includes many services of DPF ( Diesel Particle Filter ) issues and services we offer. Along side this we are refrigerant certified for climate control systems/Air conditioning, and are called upon for difficult issues.

      How much notice is required for a booking?

      As we have such a loyal client base, we have a constant 3-4 week minimum lead time for bookings.


      Do you work on the old classic cars?

      No we don't. We don't have the space for this type of work. We are also spending all of our time and money staying at the forefront of technology which requires being heavily submerged in it at all times. We appreciate these vehicles, though doesn't suit our business model.


      Will i void my new car manufacturers warranty servicing with KLEMtech Automotive?

      No you will not void your warranty. As a Licensed Motor Vehicle Repairer using genuine parts and factory approved lubricant from Germany, you will not void your warranty.


      Can you provide a loan car?

      Yes we have a loan car option, that MUST be requested upon making a booking.


      Can you read and reset Digital Service Data?

      Yes we have the facility to do that. We also read out history and provide the manufacturers hard copy service book to keep with the vehicle. We have AOS login for BMW which records records of you service history on their main portal also.
