      We supply and service industrial diesel engines, generators and pump sets.

      In 1967, L.K. Diesel Service Pty Ltd began as a partnership between Lloyd Lang and Ted Kuhlwind - the L and K of L.K. Diesel Service Pty Ltd. They were situated in a small workshop in Racecourse Road, Newmarket, Victoria, Australia.

      We are authorised dealers for: Deutz (German) Hatz Diesel (German) Kohler Diesel (Italian) – Incorporating Lombardini And Ruggerini Yanmar Kubota Mann L.K. Diesel Service Pty Ltd is very much involved with repairing and overhauling industrial and commercial engines as well as supplying service exchange units for the mining, construction and building industries including field servicing at any location.

      Naturally we are able to repair most other brands of diesel engines. Service Calls may take our personnel to places such as Papua New Guinea, Fiji, New Caledonia, Western Australia, Northern Territory and many other locations. We operate a well-equipped workshop which includes an engine dynamometer, bead blaster, overhead crane, welding facilities, etc. and from time to time we have assisted with overhauls and repairs to marine engines up to 10,000 hp.

      We are also able to design & build to customer specifications, equipment for agricultural & industrial purposes such as irrigation pumps & generating sets. We have custom-built pump sets for National Hire (formally AH Plant) & other construction companies. We have also re-powered various machines with Kubota engines such as Atlas Copco & commercial road sweepers, etc. Since their inception, we have been overhauling, repairing and installing on a regular basis many Deutz Sprinter train engines.
