FAQs
When do I need my appliances?
It is important to select appliances when designing the kitchen as we have to make allowances for the different sizes they come in.
What are the licensing and insurance requirements?
Our current license with the QBSA is 1144076. We pay insurance on your kitchen once you are signed up. You will receive a confirmation from the QBSA in the mail.
How long does the process take?
The manufacturing process takes approximately 3 - 6 weeks depending on what finishes and materials you decide on. Most installation work is completed in a few days. If you are having Stone or Granite bench tops this will take approximately 5 - 10 days longer as the Stone Mason takes templates once the base cabinets are in to get a perfect finish.
What happens to our old kitchen?
We are able to rip out and dispose of you old kitchen, this will happen the day of installation.
Where is your showroom?
We have a display located at 11/20 Kenworth Pl, Brendale.
Can you arrange trades people?
We have a team of qualified trade's people including a tiler, plumber, electrician & plasterer. You are welcome to organise your own trades if you prefer.
Can I have a kitchen supplied only?
Yes, But we do strongly recommend that you have our professional team to do this for you.
Can I see the Kitchen before it is manufactured?
Yes, Kitchen Crew uses a computer aided (CAD) programme which give you a visible representation of what the finished kitchen will look like. You can also see your kitchen set in our factory at Brendale before we install it in your home.
Do you offer free measure and quote?
Yes, We provide an obligation free quotation in your home, at our office or our showroom.
