Contacted Bridport Electrical for the supply/ installation of a hrat pump and was told that wecwould receive a call. No call. Contacted again and was told the same thing. Weeks later ... still waiting ...

Contacted Bridport Electrical for a heat pump supply / installation. Was advised we would receive a call for quote. Nothing. Contacted them again. Was told the same thing. Weeks later...Still waiting...

Very unsatisfactory.

We questioned the overcharge for the unnecessary replacement of an existing solar cable with one twice the length. The manager (who had never been onsite) claimed they had thrown the old cable away, but we found they had thrown away the conduit and removed the cable to reuse.

Cannot do business with company that is uncontactable. I have seen their truck on Flinders island where I am but not close enuf to talk
