      Really great service they arranged the time and stuck to it which is a great plus also sent me a txt message letting me know they were on their way , I ended up buying a new b&d panelift door and motor and very happy with it

      Happy to rate this firm. My Gliderol system started playing up this week. I thought it stemmed from the recent heavy rains. But KM arrived within a couple of hours of my service request. Polite, courteous, efficient and clearly equipped with the right experience to rectify the problem straight away. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

      I called to arrange a quote for the supply and installation of a garage door on my carport. KM came at a time mutually beneficial to both of us however that is where the joy ended. I had to follow up 3 times and was initially informed it had not even been passed on to be typed up after a week of waiting. The quote was finally received 11 business days later after following up twice more. On receipt, it was not competitive in comparison to the other quotes I had received promptly. Unfortunately the time taken to respond left me with little confidence in how long it would take for the work to be completed. I had expected better considering the glowing reviews that KM has received over the last few years.

      Called for a quote at 8.25 am, a representative arrived at 9.45 am on site. Located problem, gave me 2 options to solve the issue. I chose to replace motor, and the job was completed by another technician by 3pm. I might add that I was assisted over the phone TWICE to try and fix the problem, before I requested a callout. Excellent service, great follow-up and very happy customer :-) Thank you.

      If you want prompt reliable and friendly service, use these guys. They replaced a cable on my garage door and its working better than it ever did. I would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

      Great service from this company. They came out the same day and because no repairs were required, they didn't charge me for the service call. I will use them again.
