Lead is one of the older and most durable building materials and provides roofers with great flexibility for installing roof flashings, dormer and other roofing features. We carry out a wide variety of works using sheet lead ranging from simple roof flashings at valleys, abutments and roof penetrations to more complex work on dormers and roofing features. The work is carried out by both our roof tilers who are trained in the correct installation techniques and relevant standards.

How long does it take?
Approximately 3-5 days for a house, depending on weather conditions and product availability.
Do I need to move out?
No, we remove and replace each section of roof as we go, so that your home is never exposed to the elements and is secure & watertight at all times
How much does it cost?
The cost of a new metal roof or re-roof will vary on the size of the building & the design and pitch of the roof. A Representative of Shamrock Roofing will come out to your property, check the condition of the roofing area, measure up & will give you a free quotation with the scope of works that are needed.
Do you offer a warranty?
We offer a 6 year warranty on our workmanship via a Plumbing Industry Compliance Certificate, and the materials are covered by a 25 year warranty.
When do I have to pay?
We require an initial deposit, to include your project in our Works Schedule and cover the check-measure for initial material ordering. For large jobs, a progress payment will be arranged mid-way through the job. Final payment is required on completion of the works, after final inspection.
