There was a quick response to my request. Identified the problem and gave me a range of options to fix the problem.... not a simple replace the roller. This was indicated to me before the job rather than get half way through the job with bad news and more expense. Arranged a time... and he was there! Very pleased they were aware of issues regarding safe work practices regarding the corona virus. Highly recommended... good workmanship, polite and reasonable prices. Thanks for doing the job.
