Poor communication. Poor everything. I paid rent on time always.

My advice : never use L J hooker Bunderberg . Lack of professional standard. I vacated a unit looked after by L G hooker bundaberg almost 2 months ago and they are really unprofessional.
First they cancelled the person that I arranged to do carpet cleaning and got one of their own without informing me and after repeated email sent me an invoice of amount $430 ( cleaned carpet and 2 bedroom unit)
It is almost 2 months since I vacated and still waiting for invoice for curtain cleaning and light bulb change.
I had to take them to RTA and they gave amount of $135 to change 6 light bulb which had not been done and failed to produce invoice even now.Similar story with curtain cleaning - the unit I was renting is already rented out again now for almost 2 months and the curtain has not been cleaned ( by the way the curtain cleaning was not part of written contract) but they have charged $70 without invoice. Almost 2 months yet not able to give invoice but claimed bond money from RTA, Unfortunately RTA does not have power to request Invoice. I am at this stage contemplating whether to take them to tribunal.
