Are your practitioners experienced?
Absolutely. Our medical practitioners are highly trained, experienced, and continually updated with advancements in healthcare to provide top-quality service.
Do we bulk bill?
Bundaberg Eye Clinic is a fully private clinic and as a result we do not bulk bill. Accounts are required to be paid on the day at the conclusion of your consultation.
How do I prepare for a health check-up?
For general check-ups, wear comfortable clothing and be ready to discuss your medical history, lifestyle, and any concerns with your doctor.
Can I drive after my appointment?
For many eye conditions your eyes will need to be dilated so we can see inside your eye. This often makes vision a little blurry and light sensitive. We advise you not to drive and to organise alternative arrangements. If you are unsure, please feel free to call our friendly staff and ask if you are likely to require dilatation.
Who can access your services?
Our services are available to everyone—men, women, children, and adults of all ages—catering to diverse health needs.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring any previous medical records, a list of current medications, and your Medicare card or private health details, if applicable.
How do you ensure patient-centred care?
We prioritise understanding each patient’s unique needs and preferences, providing compassionate care tailored to deliver the best outcomes.

Do I need to bring my glasses?
Yes, it's very important we are able to assess your vision properly. Even if you don't wear your glasses very often, please bring them with you to your appointment.
Is there parking at the clinic?
